We are the design inspiration behind creating life-giving architecture.

Patricia Andrasik, AIA, IIDA, LEED

Principal

Patricia Andrasik is a licensed architect in Washington, D.C., an associate professor in the Catholic University of America (CUA) School of Architecture, and the female founder of Limine Vitae. She is a loving mother of four boys, three of whom are triplets.

For over 20 years, she has directed her heart of service to the poor as an Associate Jeanne Jugan member. Her Catholic faith and devotion to the elderly poor inspired her to start Limine Vitae to fill a niche: eco-architecture that is pro-life, in a world that neglects human dignity.

As a professor, she has taught architecture and sustainability courses including, LEED© Lab; Sustainable Campus Building Assessment, Sustainable Strategies and Synergies, Environmental Design I, and Architectural Design II.

Furthermore, she is the director of CUA’s Master of Net Zero Design Program, where she regularly develops new courses taught by world-renowned building performance experts. She also co-founded BEEnow, a non-profit organization that inspires NAAB-accredited schools to emphasize the teaching of low-energy buildings.

Patricia has several publications, and she is currently working on her next textbook, Plumbing, Electricity and Acoustics: Sustainable Design Strategies Towards Net Zero Design. 2nd (Wiley 2024). Her specialty in sustainable design is backed by her LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification (LEED AP BD+C + LEED AP O+M).

Anna-Grace Williams

Architectural Designer

At heart, Anna-Grace is an artist looking seeking to apply her passion for service of others through the design of the built environment. As a child growing up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with five older siblings, she loved building "nature houses" and spending hours and hours sketching. During high school and her years at the Catholic University of America, she cultivated a love for service by volunteering with children and the homeless.

During her study abroad in Italy, she had the opportunity to visit many European cities and towns, including Rome, Florence, Paris, Barcelona, and Granada. By means of this exploring and sketching, she learned that, to be great, a city's infrastructure must be human-centered without exception.

Anna-Grace graduated from Catholic University in 2026 with her Bachelor's of Science in Architecture and a minor in music. She now lives in Washington, DC, and spends her free time sketching, water-coloring, playing the piano, and hiking.
